Innovations are the cornerstone of Prysmian’s business strategy. Our focus on improvement and innovation is customer driven. The key to being customer driven is to understand the end use of our products and to think about innovation that can benefit the customer. Our HQ in Delft, as a center of knowledge and expertise, is equipped with seven quality control laboratories and one HV research laboratory (HRL). This allows us to be a step ahead with our customers' needs, continuously working on development and testing of HV cable designs and network components. Prysmian offers a complete testing service, including engineering, jointing work for the cable accessories and arrange third party witnessing and test reports if required. With the HRL, Prysmian also offers supervision and coordination of complex testing and qualification projects, even where multiple test locations need to be involved.
Qualified 4000 mm2 AlMil conductor is just one of the successful projects for Prysmian Netherlands.
